Centurion Financial Strategies, LLC (“Centurion,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use and protect it.

Clients: as a financial institution under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the privacy rules of the states where we are registered, we give each client a separate Privacy Notice. It describes how we collect, share and protect the nonpublic personal information we receive in an advisory relationship. You receive it when you become a client, each year after that, and promptly whenever it materially changes. A copy is available at any time on request.

Information we collect through this website

• Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, call, text or email us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use it only to keep the site secure and working properly. This website does not use cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking.
• Content from other companies. The pages, images and fonts on this website are served from our own site. Videos are the one exception: they are hosted by Vimeo or YouTube, and the player loads only when you press play. Once it does, that company receives basic technical information such as your IP address, and its own privacy policy applies to its player.

Do Not Track signals and tracking by others

This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites. Because we do not track you, our site treats every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. We do not allow other companies to collect personal information about your activity across websites through our site. The only other companies that can receive information from your visit are Vimeo or YouTube, and only if you choose to play a video.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, and, if you become a client, provide our services. Messages sent to us may be kept as business records as required by securities regulations. We do not use your information for any unrelated purpose without your consent.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business and are obligated to protect it, or when required by law or by our regulators. Client information is shared only as described in our client Privacy Notice.

California residents

Because of its size, Centurion is not a “business” that is required to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and information about our advisory clients is governed by federal financial privacy law instead. We nevertheless provide the following information and voluntarily honor the requests described below. This section also meets the California Online Privacy Protection Act.

• What we collect through this website: identifiers and contact details you give us (name, email, phone, mailing address), the content of your messages, and basic internet activity information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) recorded by our hosting provider.
• Sources: directly from you and automatically from your browser.
• Why: to respond to you, provide our services, keep the website secure, and meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
• Who receives it: service providers that help us run our business (such as website hosting, email and form services), and regulators when required by law.
• Sale and sharing: we do not sell or share personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 18.
• Retention: securities record-keeping rules require us to keep business communications, including inquiries, emails, text messages and website messages, for at least five years from the end of the year in which they were last used. We keep other website information, such as hosting logs, only as long as needed for the purposes above.
• Requests we honor: to know what we hold, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it), and to record a request that we never sell or share it. We will not treat you differently for making a request. You may use an authorized agent.

How we protect information

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect personal information. Team members with access to client information sign confidentiality agreements. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through our website form, by text or by email.

Minors

This website and our services are intended for adults 18 and older. The website is not directed to anyone under 18, including children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through it. If we manage an account for a minor, such as a custodial account, it is opened and managed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information through this website, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date, and we will tell clients about material changes as required by law.
