Hey, it's Dave Denniston with Centurion Financial Strategies, and as always, I'm here to help you navigate the next big financial decision. I've been tossing around the idea of creating a simple one-page visual tool. So let me tell you a little bit about that, what my thinking is, and then I’m going to be curious to see if it’s something you’d be interested in having.

No doubt navigating a high-stakes financial decision is complicated, right? It can be gut-wrenching. And there’s no doubt you’ve got a lot of moving pieces to organize and resources you want to align. If you're like me, and you're a successful person, you're constantly working toward your ideal future. Maybe you’ve been at it for a while. It can be tough keeping everything organized.

You might even feel stressed about all the small but critical details that are hard to keep track of. And if you're facing an important financial decision, you might be grappling with questions like: What are all my options? Which choice is right for me and my family? Am I missing any important bits that need to be factored in?

Until your options are just laid out—bare, right in front of you—the decisions can feel overwhelming. And I want to help with that. I know, especially when there are big consequences to getting it right or getting it wrong, the stress and lack of transparency can cause you to overlook some crucial details that might come back and bite you later. This isn’t a failing—this is just how we work as humans, right?

So often, we can’t see that shining path ahead when it’s blocked by weeds and shrubs, and trees. So what can we do about this? How can we get the clarity we need to find the best path for you and your goals?

And listen, I could give you a 70-page report with charts and graphs—but honestly, that’s probably going to do nothing but collect dust. I know you’ll throw it in a drawer. You're never going to look at it again.

So I want to try something different. I want my clients and friends to understand and use what we develop together. That’s why I want to pilot using an Asset-Map. It’s a simple, one-page financial GPS tool.

Now, I have to be honest—I haven’t fully developed it yet. I’m just trying to see: is this something you’d be interested in?

My idea is that this GPS tool would create a financial snapshot of your intricate financial landscape. That way, you can put this one page right on your refrigerator to remind you of your goals.

You’ve got your entire life in front of you, and it’s a lot easier to navigate major life decisions—and unlock the opportunities hiding in plain sight—than it is to shove it away like those 70-page documents I mentioned earlier.

If you’d like to join me in exploring this new tool I’m looking to develop, I’d love to do a one-on-one Asset-Map session with you. Again, this is really for big—maybe even medium-sized—financial decisions in your life. I would recommend it. Maybe it's retirement, or planning for the kids' college, or some sort of big financial deal.

I want this to clear away all the noise and help you reach the decision that's right for you.

And the last thing I want is to look back on today and say, “Hey, if there was someone I could have helped—someone who was feeling strongly and struggling—I wish I had reached out.” I’d rather give them clarity and help them avoid a big financial mess.

So, if you're ready to take the next step and want to explore this with me—see if it’s something that could be helpful—reach out. I’d love to book some time with you and go on this journey together to try a new tool.

Thank you so much. We’ll talk later. Bye-bye.
